Agrimonia grypsosepala (Tall Agrimony)
(Short-tongued bees suck nectar or collect pollen; observations are from Robertson and Wilhelm & Rericha. Robertson identified this plant as Agrimonia striata, but this species doesn't occur in Illinois; it was probably Agrimonia grypsosepala or possibly Agrimonia pubescens.)
